Rep. Mullin Will Vote NO on Department of Homeland Security & ICE Funding

I am a hard NO on Department of Homeland Security and ICE funding today.

The Trump Administration's deployment of masked, poorly-trained ICE agents into American cities has led to violence, intimidation, and serious violations of Americans' constitutional rights, including the killing of Renee Good, an unarmed 37-year-old mother of three.

Under Secretary Kristi Noem, DHS is abusing its power and blatantly violating due process. ICE agents are not only going after the "worst of the worst," as they claim. Instead, they are terrorizing innocent families - undocumented immigrants and citizens alike - and creating fear and chaos in communities across the country.

DHS should not receive another penny while Secretary Noem allows ICE to send agents recklessly into our neighborhoods who operate without accountability or transparency.
