Amendments to Executive Order on special procedure for foreign buyers to meet their obligations to Russian natural gas suppliers

The Executive Order extends, until April 1, 2027, the permission to allow foreign buyers to pay for Russian gas in rubles not only through Gazprombank but also through other Russian banks.
