Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that Tani A. Saintfleur, a chief compliance and privacy executive with over 20 years of experience across higher education, health care and global organizations, has joined Drexel as Vice President for Compliance, Policy, Privacy Services & Civil Rights Compliance.
In this role, Tani will lead the University's efforts to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, as well as University policies and procedures. She will oversee Compliance Program Services, Policy Compliance Services, Privacy Program Services, and the Office of Civil Rights Compliance - further uniting these critical functions and strengthening their collaboration both with each other and with partners across the University.
Throughout her career, Tani has led compliance, data and analytics, privacy, ethics, investigations, policy, civil rights compliance, research compliance and risk management programs. She previously served in leadership roles at New York University, ChristianaCare health system, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York Presbyterian, ZEISS, Columbia University and Northwell Health. She earned a Juris Doctor from Pace Law School, a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
Tani brings to Drexel a collaborative, practical approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated record of helping organizations achieve their strategic goals with integrity. As a leader, she is deeply committed to serving others, developing talent and creating the trust and accountability needed for people and organizations to thrive.
