CONSUMERS BANCORP, INC. INCREASES DIVIDEND 10.5% TO 21 CENTS PER SHARE

Minerva, Ohio-The Board of Directors of Consumers Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CBKM), the holding company for Consumers National Bank, declared a quarterly dividend on the outstanding shares of the corporation's common stock in the amount of $0.21 (21 cents) per share, an increase of 10.5%, on August 14, 2025. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 2025. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend of 3.73% based on a closing price of $22.49 on August 14, 2025.
