[UPDATED Jan. 28, 2026] The DC Housing Authority offices - including the Customer Service Centers - will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026 for appointments only, due to the ongoing weather conditions.

The delayed opening does not impact DCHA Office of Public Safety's uniformed personnel, who will report to their posts as scheduled. DCHA Property Management Operations staff will be available to address emergencies. Public Housing residents are encouraged to contact their Property Manager or Housing Management Assistant with any questions.
