Cleco crews and over 600 contractors worked into the night to continue restoration efforts following Winter Storm Fern. Power has been restored to 84 percent of the 17,800 customers who lost power.
"Our crews and contractors are making great progress despite the frigid conditions," said Clint Robichaux, director of distribution operations and reliability. "Today will be the first day where temperatures in the Mansfield area will go above freezing which will melt ice, improve road conditions and help our crews with restoration efforts."
