Ackerman & Co. Expands Retail Investment Platform with Addition of Taylor Wagner as Vice President

Wagner will pursue strategic retail investments throughout the Southern United States

ATLANTA, OCTOBER 28, 2026 - Ackerman & Co., a leading Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm specializing in investment, brokerage, development and property management, announced today the appointment of Taylor Wagner as Vice President of Retail Investments. Wagner brings extensive experience in retail acquisitions, investment analysis, asset management and development, with a track record of participating in more than $250 million in commercial real estate transactions.

In his new role, Wagner will focus on identifying, evaluating and executing retail investment opportunities throughout the Southeastern United States, with particular emphasis on value-add acquisitions, strategic asset repositioning and investment performance.

Wagner will be involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including property sourcing, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, capital structuring, leasing strategies, asset management and dispositions. He will also work closely with the firm's brokerage professionals, lenders and equity partners to identify investment opportunities and maximize property performance.

Prior to joining Ackerman, Wagner served as Director of Capital Acquisitions at Brownsboro Hill Capital Partners, where he led retail acquisitions and asset management initiatives. Previously, he was an Acquisitions Associate at Ziff Real Estate Partners, where he closed more than $100 million in transactions.

Throughout his career, Wagner has participated in more than $250 million in transactions involving retail, self-storage and industrial properties. His earlier experience includes positions with Southeastern Freight Lines and Bridgestone Retail Operations, where he focused on real estate development and transaction execution.
