Phoenix, Ariz.- The Arizona Corporation Commission Corporations Division is excited to announce the Commission's online business filings portal will soon be replaced by Arizona Business Connect starting in December 2025. Arizona Business Connect is a technologically advanced filing portal which will enhance the customer experience, making it easier to understand and use.

Specific features will include:

• A 24/7 chat bot to provide guidance and assistance whenever you need
• The ability to track the status of your filing
• Address verification to help combat fraud
• The addition of new online flows including Mergers, Conversions, Domestications and Copies Requests
• Streamlined filing flows including Amendments and Annual Reports

The Commission is proud to respond and serve the business community with the upcoming advanced online filing portal. Arizona Business Connect will provide free online services, and will replace the current filing portal, eCorps.
