Emmer Hosts Firefighter Roundtable in Carver County

CHANHASSEN, MN - Today, Congressman Tom Emmer hosted a roundtable discussion with firefighters and mayors in Minnesota's Sixth Congressional District to learn more about the challenges that fire services face and to share information about federal resources that can help with equipment, staffing, and training.

"Our 6th District is home to some of the best firefighters in the nation, and they deserve our full and total support," said Congressman Emmer. "They put their lives on the line to keep our communities safe, and we are dedicated to making sure our district's fire services have the resources they need."
