Lazard Appoints Jessel Sheth as Managing Director, Technology Advisory

LONDON, November 2, 2026 - Lazard today announced that Jessel Sheth will join the firm as a Managing Director in its Technology Advisory team. Based in London, he will focus on software and adjacent sectors, working closely with Lazard's country, sector and product teams across Europe within the region's financial advisory practice, led by Cyrus Kapadia and Jean-Louis Girodolle.

Jessel joins Lazard from Barclays, where he spent over a decade, most recently as Head of Software & Hardware Banking EMEA. Over a 25-year career, he has advised on landmark European technology transactions spanning IPOs, M&A and private capital raises, with earlier roles at Perella Weinberg Partners, Credit Suisse, GP Bullhound and Merrill Lynch.

Jessel's appointment strengthens Lazard's European technology advisory franchise and reflects the firm's continued investment in senior talent under its Lazard 2030 growth strategy.
