Phillip Fulmer is one of the most successful coaches in the history of college football and a legendary figure at the University of Tennessee. A Tennessee alumnus and former offensive lineman, elected Team Captain in 1971, Fulmer served as head coach of the Volunteers from 1992 to 2008, compiling a 152-52 record, winning two Southeastern Conference championships, and leading Tennessee to the 1998 national championship. Known for his strong recruiting, player development, and commitment to the university, Fulmer helped establish Tennessee as a perennial national contender during the 1990s and early 2000s. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2012, is a first ballot inductee into the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame, and later returned to Tennessee as athletic director, further cementing his legacy as one of the most influential figures in the program's history.

Erik Ainge is a former University of Tennessee quarterback who played for the Volunteers from 2004 to 2007 and ranks among the most productive passers in program history. A highly touted recruit from Oregon, Ainge developed into one of the Southeastern Conference's top quarterbacks, finishing his collegiate career with more than 8,700 passing yards and 72 touchdown passes. As a senior, he led Tennessee to the 2007 SEC Eastern Division championship and earned second-team All-SEC honors. Following his college career, Ainge spent time in the NFL with the New York Jets before transitioning into broadcasting and sports media. Today, he is widely recognized by Tennessee fans for both his accomplishments on the field and his continued involvement in covering and discussing Volunteers athletics. Erik currently resides in East Tennessee and is married to Susan Ainge with four children.

Fred White is a former University of Tennessee defensive back and three-year starter who played a key role on the Volunteers' 1997 and 1998 SEC Championship teams and the 1998 National Championship team. Following his playing career, White became the second former Tennessee football player to host his own sports radio show, launching The Fred White Show, spending more than 15 years covering Tennessee athletics through radio and television. White is also the founder of the Vol for Life initiative, helping establish what has become one of the University of Tennessee's signature programs for connecting former student-athletes with the university and one another.
