PPL Electric Utilities brings bill assistance support to Harrisburg community resource event

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (Aug. 6, 2026) - PPL Electric Utilities customers are encouraged to attend a community resource event at The Salvation Army in Harrisburg, where representatives from PPL Electric and other organizations will be on hand to provide important information about assistance programs and help customers access available support.

This event is being held at:

• The Salvation Army Harrisburg
  506 S. 29th St., Harrisburg, PA 17104
  Tuesday, Aug. 11 (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.)

PPL Electric will have representatives on site to answer questions about its payment assistance programs, such as Operation HELP and OnTrack, and help customers apply. Customers can also speak with other business and utility teams, as well as human services providers.

Customers who are looking for support should bring proof of identification, proof of income for residents in their household and their account numbers.
