Free Family Fun Day Returns to the Hearst Center

The Hearst Center for the Arts invites families and community members of all ages to join us for its annual Free Family Fun Day on Saturday, September 27, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. This afternoon celebration brings together art, music, storytelling, and hands-on experiences in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere-at no cost to attend!

This year's event features exciting activities for everyone:

• Storytime with the Cedar Falls Public Library - Gather for interactive tales perfect for young audiences.
• Toby the Balloon Dude - Watch as he creates incredible balloon sculptures for guests to take home.
• West Music Instrument Petting Zoo - Try out a variety of instruments and explore the joy of making music.
• Kindermusik Mini Classes - Discover fun, engaging music-learning opportunities for children through interactive sessions offered throughout the afternoon.
• Art Education Showcase - Sample creative projects with the Hearst's Education team and get a taste of the art classes available for kids, teens, and adults.

With engaging activities for every age, from budding artists to curious music-makers, the afternoon is packed with opportunities to learn, play, and explore together.

All events will be at the Hearst Center located at 304 West Seerley in Cedar Falls.
