MLGW Delayed Office Openings

Memphis Light, Gas and Water will delay the opening of four Community Offices on select dates in October. Customers should take note of the adjusted opening times when planning visits to the following locations:

  • Whitehaven Community Office 1111 East Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN 38116 Monday, October 12, 2026: Office will open at 9 a.m.
  • Downtown Community Office 245 South Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103 Thursday, October 15, 2026: Office will open at 9 a.m.
  • Millington Community Office 5131 Navy Road, Millington, TN 38053 Thursday, October 22, 2026: Office will open at 8:30 a.m.
  • Lamar Community Office 2935 Lamar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38114 Thursday, October 29, 2026: Office will open at 9 a.m.

Regular office hours will resume the next day after the delayed opening.
