TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Doug Mustapick, Darlene VanRiper, and Thomas Whittington and the reappointment of Susan Kinane to the Children's Services Council of Martin County.
Doug Mustapick
Mustapick is the Chief Resource Officer and Co-Founder of Freedom Code Compliance. Previously, he served as the Consulting Chief Information Officer for Avanti Health of Palm Beach Corporation. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mustapick earned his bachelor's degree in business and psychology from Nova Southeastern University and his master's degree in political leadership from the University of San Francisco.
Darlene VanRiper
VanRiper is the Executive Director of the Martin County Taxpayers Association. Active in her community, she serves on the Oversight Committee for Millage for the Martin County School District. VanRiper earned her bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University.
Thomas Whittington
Whittington is the Owner of Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales. Active in his community, he is a member of the Stuart Sunrise Rotary Club and previously served as the President of the Marine Industries Association of the Treasure Coast. A veteran of the United States Army National Guard, Whittington earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from North Carolina State University.
Susan Kinane
Kinane is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Kinane Printing. Active in her community, she is a member of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce and previously served as the President of the Samaritan Center for Boys Board of Directors. Kinane earned her associate degree from the State University of New York.
