Greenberg Traurig Advises OTB Ventures on Tytan Technologies' €30 Million Series A Financing Round

BERLIN - April 27, 2026 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised OTB Ventures, one of Europe's leading deep tech venture capital funds, on its investment in Tytan Technologies as part of the company's Series A financing round totalling €30 million. OTB Ventures had previously co-led the company's Seed financing round together with Visionaries Club and participated again in the Series A, which was led by Armira and the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) as new investors. This Series A round brings Tytan Techonologies' total funding to more than €46 million.

Founded in 2023, Tytan Technologies develops autonomous, AI-powered interceptor drones to protect airspace, critical infrastructure, and military installations. With the new funding, the company plans to expand its production capacity, accelerate platform development, and support integration at all levels of air defense.

OTB Ventures is a pan-European deep tech VC fund with offices in Amsterdam and Warsaw. Founded in 2017, the company focuses on supporting startups that are pioneering unique technologies in three key industries: Enterprise AI and Data, SpaceTech and Physical AI and Novel Computing. OTB Ventures currently manages over €350 million.

The Greenberg Traurig team assisted OTB Ventures with all legal aspects of its participation in the Series A financing, as already in the Seed financing round, including legal due diligence, negotiation and drafting of investment and shareholder documents, and notarization.
