WICHITA, KAN. - A federal grand jury in Wichita returned a superseding indictment charging a Kansas man with methamphetamine trafficking and firearms offenses.
According to court documents, Shane Ledford, 46, of Wichita was indicted on:
• one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance;
• two counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance;
• two counts of prohibited person in possession of a firearm,
• one count of maintaining a drug involved premises, and
• one count of distribution of a controlled substance.
The Wichita Police Department (WPD) is investigating the case.
OTHER INDICTMENTS
Dalevon Dixon, 34, of Wichita was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is investigating the case.
Encarnacion Hernandez-Batz, 38, an illegal alien from Guatemala, was indicted on one count of illegal reentry after deportation. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is investigating the case.
Edgar Martinez-Ochoa, 46, an illegal alien from Guatemala, was indicted on one count of unlawful reentry after deportation. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is investigating the case.
Terry Morrison, 70, of Hutchinson was indicted on one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating the case.
