Dan Zeltser Joins Foundry Commercial as Senior Vice President in Dallas

Dallas, Texas (October 19, 2026) - Foundry Commercial has expanded its Dallas brokerage team with the addition of Dan Zeltser as Senior Vice President, bringing 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm.

Zeltser will focus primarily on tenant representation across the office and industrial sectors, while also leveraging his experience sourcing off-market acquisition opportunities on behalf of clients. He joins Foundry from Cresa and has spent his career advising companies on real estate strategies in both Dallas and the greater Washington, D.C. area.

"What really attracted me to Foundry was the opportunity to bring together the different aspects of my experience and provide clients with a broader range of solutions," said Zeltser. "The connectivity between Foundry's brokerage and development & investments platforms creates opportunities to think beyond a traditional tenant representation assignment."

"Dan brings the kind of experience and client-first mindset that fits extremely well with what we're building in Dallas," said Steve Bassett, Texas Market Leader for Foundry Commercial. "His depth in office and industrial tenant representation, combined with his ability to identify opportunities beyond the traditional brokerage assignment, will be a tremendous asset to our clients."

Zeltser began his commercial real estate career in the Washington, D.C. area before relocating to Dallas in 2013. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and a master's degree in real estate from Georgetown University.
