Governor Polis Celebrates Colorado’s Agricultural Community at 154th Colorado State Fair

PUEBLO - Today, Governor Polis and Commissioner of Agriculture Kate Greenberg joined farmers and ranchers at the Centennial Farm & Ranch Celebration, honoring Colorado families who have kept the agriculture industry strong in Colorado for more than a century. Co-hosted by History Colorado and the Colorado Department of Agriculture, this annual event celebrates the past, present, and future of Colorado's agriculture community.

"Coloradans have always depended on the hard work of our farmers and ranchers, and I'm proud to be at the 154th Colorado State Fair to celebrate with families who have continually farmed in Colorado for a century or more. Colorado's agricultural community is the heart and soul of our state, and there's no better way to celebrate the role agriculture plays in our economy, history, and daily life than meeting the families who keep Colorado agriculture strong," said Governor Polis.
