Cotton Statement on Pine Bluff Arsenal Investment

Washington, D.C. - Today, Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas), released the following statement about the U.S. Army awarding a landmark enhanced use lease to Hanwha Defense USA at Pine Buff Arsenal:

"I'm pleased to have worked with Secretary Hegseth, Governor Sanders, and our congressional delegation to secure the newly announced partnership between the U.S. Army, Hanwha Defense USA, and Pine Bluff Arsenal. This investment will mean more jobs in the greater Pine Bluff region and more tools for our men and women in uniform. I have long called for modernizing and increasing our nation's munitions supply and I'm glad to see the Trump Administration taking this urgent need seriously. This partnership is a great development for the economic future of central Arkansas and the future of our nation's defense."
