New York, July 22, 2026 - Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced the appointment of Megan Dwyer Agar as a Managing Director in New York. Megan will focus on securitization, as the Firm broadens its Capital Markets capabilities into structured products. She will advise clients on asset-backed and structured financings across a broad range of consumer and commercial asset classes.
Megan brings extensive experience structuring and executing securitizations across asset classes including credit cards, consumer and student loans, digital infrastructure and towers, whole business securitization, agricultural loans, and venture debt. She most recently served as a Managing Director in Structured Products Origination at Guggenheim Securities, where she led origination and execution of structured finance transactions, with particular expertise in new securitization platform development, master trust vehicles, and bespoke structured private placements. She previously held roles in Citigroup's Global Securitized Products group.
