T.I.E. Industrial Drives Job Growth in Bruce Township

With support from Macomb County Economic Development, Tennessee Industrial Electronics (T.I.E. Industrial) will lease a newly constructed 33,656-square-foot facility in Bruce Township's industrial corridor. The site earned a "speculative" designation, fast-tracking development, ensuring eligibility for an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate (IFEC), and fueling local growth.

T.I.E. Industrial, a North American leader in industrial automation, secured the IFEC, providing a 50% property tax reduction for 12 years. This incentive lowers operating costs while demonstrating Macomb County and Bruce Township's commitment to a strong, business-friendly economy.

By consolidating operations from two locations, T.I.E. Industrial has added 60 new employees-expanding local job opportunities, supporting partner businesses, and positioning the company for an anticipated 10% growth in the coming year.
