Honigman recently advised Ultimate Storage Solutions (USS), a portfolio company of Peterson Partners, on its acquisition of Big Blue Boxes (BBB), a Midwest leader in storage container and intermodal solutions.
This combination expands USS's geographic footprint and enhances its service capabilities, while increasing inventory availability and strengthening logistics capabilities across key regions.
The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
The Honigman corporate deal team of Alexander S. Whang, Lea T. Glenn, and Lillian Huff along with the finance deal team of Michelle Bleda Drew, Lauren Legner, and Kimberly Y. Brewer advised Ultimate Storage Solutions on the matter.
