Effective January 1, 2026, Brian E. Miller, Ph.D., will transition from his role as Chief Digital Officer of Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (the "Company") and begin serving as Head of Digital and AI Strategy of the Company. In this role, Dr. Miller will no longer be reporting directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
