Transcript and notes retention for AI Notetaker
You can now set separate retention rules for AI Notetaker transcripts and notes. Previously, retention rules could only be applied to AI Notetaker recordings.
With this update, you can set retention rules for all AI Notetaker recordings, transcripts, and notes. This makes it easier to set these rules according to your business needs. When this feature is enabled, older transcripts and notes can be automatically deleted based on the rule you've set.
To set these data retention rules, head over to your AI Notetaker Data Retention tab.
