Fall commencement will be held for 527 graduates on Saturday, Dec. 20, at UW-Stout.
A total of 399 undergraduate and 128 graduate students will receive degrees. Two ceremonies will be held at Johnson Fieldhouse:
The ceremonies can also be seen via livestream on the UW-Stout commencement website and at the Memorial Student Center.
Provost Glendalí Rodríguez will host the ceremonies. Chancellor Katherine Frank will provide remarks to the graduates and confer degrees.
Three graduating students will speak:
Two alumni will also be guest speakers. Undergraduates will be addressed by Michael Leighton ('02), director of industrial design at Polaris Inc., B.F.A. in industrial designand business management. Graduate Studies will be addressed by Shannon Donnelly ('95, '05), associate dean and director of UW-Stout's School of Education, B.S. in vocational rehabilitationand M.S. in education.
The ceremonies will include music by the Ludington Guard Band, directed by James Woodford.
