Chinese Embassy in Dominica Holds Media Briefing on the 105th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC

On July 3, H.E. Chu Maoming, Chinese Ambassador to Dominica, host a media briefing for local journalists on the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the gathering celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Journalists from GIS, DBS Radio, Dominica News Online, Nature Island News, Sunday Pulse and the Chronicle as well as independent journalists attended.

Ambassador Chu gave a detailed overview of the CPC's tremendous contributions to China and the world over the past 105 years, explained the Party's successful experience in governance, and outlined its goals for the future. He noted that under the leadership of the CPC, political mutual trust between China and Dominica will continue to deepen, people-centered practical cooperation will become increasingly fruitful, multilateral coordination will be further strengthened, and exchanges between the two countries' political parties will become more active. Looking ahead, China stands ready to strengthen exchanges with Dominica on governance experience and work together to open up new prospects for the development of both countries.

Following the briefing, Ambassador Chu answered questions from the journalists and exchanged views with them on China-Dominica relations, bilateral cooperation, and other issues of common interest.
