U.S. Army Selects Spatial Front (SFI) and DXC to Run and Modernize Enterprise HR and Pay Platform

A trusted Oracle Platinum Partner for more than 37 years, DXC supports more than 2,000 Oracle customers and more than 150 global PeopleSoft engagements, with deep expertise across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Fusion applications. We will leverage that experience to embed artificial intelligence and automation across engineering, testing, service operations, training, and analytics to improve quality, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery, with all capabilities governed through secure and responsible AI frameworks aligned to federal requirements. DXC will also deploy AI Workbench as a standardized accelerator for generative and agentic AI, leveraging private large language models, Oracle technologies, and integrated enterprise data sources including PeopleSoft. It will also reduce technical debt, simplify the solution baseline without disrupting operations, expand integrations, and prioritize user experience to drive adoption among Soldiers, HR professionals, and Army leaders.

As part of the initiative, DXC is partnered with Spatial Front, prime contractor, who is a long-time collaborator with more than six years of joint delivery experience supporting U.S. Federal Government programs.
