STATEMENT BY EXECUTIVE MAYOR BABALWA LOBISHE ON THE PASSING OF MISOMIHLE NKWALASE
It is with deep sadness that I have learned of the passing of young Misomihle Nkwalase, who tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle earlier this month. On behalf of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, I extend my heartfelt condolences to Misomihle's family, friends, and loved ones during this painful and devastating time.
The loss of a young life is a tragedy that no family should ever have to endure. As a metro, we mourn with the Nkwalase family and the community at large. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as they navigate this profound grief.
We urge all residents and motorists to exercise the utmost care and responsibility on our roads. Every life matters, and together, we must work to ensure that such heartbreaking incidents are prevented in the future.
May Misomihle's soul rest in eternal peace.
