Tonight, Oct. 7, at 10 p.m., Price Electric will shut down the traffic signals at the intersection of Highway 151 and Highway 13 in Marion to replace the traffic signal cabinet.
During this work, traffic will be reduced to one lane in all directions, and the intersection will operate under an all-way stop condition. Temporary stop signs and street lighting will be provided.
The work is expected to last most of the overnight hours, with the signals out of order for approximately two hours, before switching to flashing red mode for an additional four hours.
The traffic signals are expected to be fully operational by the morning commute on Wednesday.
