FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Nashville, Tenn. - Montecito Medical, one of the nation's most active investors in medical office real estate, has acquired four medical outpatient buildings in Spokane, Washington.
The fully occupied properties total over 72,000 square feet, anchored by Spokane Eye Clinic. The assets are strategically positioned across both downtown Spokane and key suburban medical corridors. One of the properties includes an ambulatory surgery center.
"This investment aligns with our long-term strategy of expanding relationships with leading ophthalmology platforms while pursuing meaningful acquisitions across the Pacific Northwest," said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.
Spokane Eye Clinic is a leading ophthalmology practice that has served the Spokane market for over 70 years. The practice is affiliated with PRISM Vision Group, a leading ophthalmology platform with approximately 100 affiliated locations ranging from Washington State to Washington, D.C.
"We are excited to expand our footprint in the Pacific Northwest, a region characterized by favorable healthcare demand fundamentals and limited supply of institutional-quality medical outpatient real estate," said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
