Traffic Advisory - Multiple Intermittent Lane Closures for Palm Tree Pruning
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Aug. 21, 2026) - There will be multiple intermittent lane closures throughout Charlotte County 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 24 through Friday, Aug. 28 for work crews to perform palm tree pruning.
- Beach Road on Manasota Key
- Winchester Boulevard
- Rotonda Boulevard West
- Rotonda Boulevard North
- Rotonda Boulevard East
Travelers should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
