Moonlight Masquerade to Illuminate Student Futures at Ninth Annual Reach for the Stars Gala

An evening of mystery, sophistication and philanthropy awaits as the Western Nevada College Foundation presents its ninth annual Reach for the Stars Gala, Moonlight Masquerade, on Saturday, Aug. 8, at 6 p.m. in the Joe Dini Library on the Carson City campus.

The black-tie event, one of Western Nevada College's most anticipated annual celebrations, will transform the library into an elegant masquerade setting where community leaders, alumni, business partners and supporters gather for a memorable evening dedicated to student success.

Guests will enjoy an exceptional dining experience, captivating entertainment, and both live and silent auctions while helping raise critical funds that support academic programs, scholarships and educational opportunities for WNC students.

Each year, Reach for the Stars serves as more than a gala - it is a powerful demonstration of the community's commitment to expanding educational access and creating brighter futures throughout Western Nevada. Through the generosity of attendees, sponsors and donors, the event has become a cornerstone of the WNC Foundation's efforts to invest in students and strengthen the region's workforce.

The evening's masquerade theme promises an atmosphere of intrigue and elegance, inviting guests to step into a world where glamour meets purpose. While attendees enjoy a night of celebration, every contribution made throughout the event will help empower students to pursue their educational and career aspirations.

Seating is limited, and organizers anticipate another sellout event. Individual tickets are $200, $380 for couples and reserved tables for eight are $1,500.
