    Lindsay Kippenberger, 40, of Somerville was placed under arrest for multiple charges including Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Receive Stolen Property, Possession of Class A Drug, along with outstanding warrants out of courts in Somerville and Quincy. Officers stopped Kippenberger after it was reported she'd stolen a rental car on Bishop Allen Drive and proceeded to steal packages from multiple Cambridge addresses. When stopped, officers found a substance believed to be heroin in her possession.
