Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Three to the Apalachicola Water and Sewer District

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Jimmy Gander, Torben Madson III, and Mark Milliken to the Apalachicola Water and Sewer District.

Jimmy Gander​​ 

Gander is the Owner and Vice President of JV Gander Oil Company. Previously, he was elected as a member of the School Board of Franklin County. A veteran of the Florida National Guard, Gander earned his bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida.

Torben Madson III​ 

Madson III is the Owner and Managing Attorney of The PEO Law Firm. Active in his community, he currently serves as a member of the Franklin County Parks and Recreation Board. Madson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his juris doctor from the University of Miami.


Mark Milliken​​ 

Milliken is the President of Gulf Unmanned Systems Center. Previously, he served in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Rear Admiral. Milliken is a former Project Manager of Wyle Labs, Senior Manager of Wyle, Inc., and Vice President of Maritime Solutions for Elbit Systems of America. He earned his bachelor's degree in analytical management from the United States Naval Academy.
