Volcan Compañía Minera welcomed 20 young talents who have joined the "Multi-Skilled Operators" Technical Internship Program, an initiative designed to strengthen their knowledge, develop their skills, and provide them with the tools needed to address the challenges of modern mining.

The welcome ceremony was attended by Miguel Ángel Sánchez Valdez, Deputy General Manager, and Carlos Alejandro Urbina Mogollón, Corporate Human Resources Manager, who shared an encouraging message and highlighted Volcan's commitment to the training and development of the next generation.
