里親支援から新生児医療教育まで エレコムが母と子を支える活動を発信する特設サイトを公開

子どもたちが健やかに成長できる環境を社会全体で支えるため、従業員の子育て支援や里親支援、地域の児童養護施設との連携など、当社の取り組みを紹介しています。

当社グループでは、里親登録を目指す従業員や、里親として子どもを養育する従業員を支援する「里親支援制度」を導入しています。里親認定研修の受講や里親認定、子どもを迎え入れた後の養育を支援することで、従業員が仕事と家庭的養育を両立しやすい環境づくりを進めています。

また、神奈川県内の児童養護施設で暮らす子どもたちを当社の研修施設「レクトーレ葉山 湘南国際村」へ招待し、アクティビティや食事を通じた交流の機会も継続的に設けています。
