Voter Information for Several Elections on Nov. 4, 2025 is Now Available

Forsyth County voter information for the Nov. 4, 2025, Special Elections and City of Cumming Municipal General Election is now available by visiting https://www.forsythco.com/vote.

Contests set to appear on the Nov. 4, 2025, ballot include the following:

Special Elections

  • Statewide Special Election for Georgia Public Service Commission, District 2 and District 3
  • Countywide Special Election for a Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax for Education (E-SPLOST)

City Of Cumming Municipal General Election

  • Mayor, City Council Post 1 and Post 2

All Forsyth County registered voters may vote in the two Special Elections. Only registered voters living in the City of Cumming are eligible to vote in the Municipal General Election.

The voter registration deadline for all three elections is Monday, Oct. 6, 2025. This is the final day for Forsyth County residents to register to vote or to make changes to their name and/or address on the voter registration list for the Nov. 4 elections.

Forsyth County residents are encouraged to verify their voter registration status and information at https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov and to submit any necessary changes by the voter registration deadline. A voter's Election Day polling place is assigned specific to where their residence as registered lies within the designated precinct lines.

Advance Voting for all elections will be available beginning Tuesday, Oct. 14, through Friday, Oct. 31, on weekdays, two Saturdays and select Sundays at four locations, which are available to all registered (by Oct. 16) Forsyth County voters. For dates, times and locations of Advance Voting, please visit https://www.forsythco.com/vote.

Absentee Voting applications will be accepted through Friday, Oct. 24, for registered Forsyth County voters requesting to vote by mail. Absentee ballots will be mailed to requesting and qualified registered voters beginning Tuesday, Oct. 14, through Friday, Oct. 24.

Election Day voting will occur on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at all 29 Forsyth County Election Day polling places.
