Theme: Turning Potential into Prosperity
The European Union and Tanzania launched the second edition of the EU-Tanzania Investment & Business Forum 2026-2027, bringing together public and private sector leaders to strengthen investment, trade and business partnerships between Tanzania and the European Union.
The Forum will take place in two phases: three thematic investment roadshows across Europe from 28 September to 6 October 2026, followed by a high-level EU-Tanzania Investment and Business Forum in Dar es Salaam in early 2027.
The European roadshows will showcase Tanzania's investment opportunities and connect Tanzanian businesses and public-sector stakeholders with European companies, investors and financial institutions.
Key sectors
The roadshows will focus on three sectors: (i) Agriculture and agribusiness, including coffee, rice and cashew value chains, (ii) critical minerals, and (iii) Digital innovation and fintech, with Renewable energy and Transport and logistics as enabling sectors.

The Roadshows in Europe will bring Tanzanian stakeholders closer to the European businesses, investors, government representatives, business associations and financial institutions.
