Cypress Development Partners Completes Free-Standing ASC Building

Cypress Development Partners announces the completion of ground-up construction for Middleton Medical Collaborative, a free-standing orthopedic ambulatory surgery center located in Middleton, Wisconsin.

The project was developed in partnership with Orthopedic & Spine Centers of Wisconsin (OSCW), a rapidly expanding regional orthopedic group. Construction was completed on schedule, maintaining a six-month delivery timeline. "The recent completion of the MMC Project represents the outcome of a team and process committed to deliver a Class A product with incredible urgency" states Cypress Development Partner's Managing Partner Jason Anzalone.

The 12,500-square-foot facility is designed to support specialized orthopedic procedures and outpatient recovery. Tenant interior build out is currently underway and anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
