LINCOLN, NEBRASKA - Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood announced Flyover Fintech will feature a panel on "Tackling Payments Fraud." The panel, featuring industry leaders from Citi, Fiserv, FICO, and Plaid, will take place at the Congressman's Flyover Fintech Conference in Lincoln on August 4th, 2026.

Brian Dammeir leads Plaid's Payments and Financial Management businesses, where he runs product and strategy across Plaid's account funding, bill pay, pay-by-bank, risk, and financial data capabilities. His teams build the infrastructure that underpins how millions of consumers move money and manage their finances across the largest fintechs, banks, and platforms in the US and Europe. Brian previously focused on trust, safety, and risk at Google and Airbnb before spending nearly a decade at Adyen in a series of roles, including Head of Product, President of North America, and Global Head of Unified Commerce. At Adyen, he helped drive the company's expansion across payments, platforms, and embedded financial products, with operating experience spanning Europe, APAC, MENA and the Americas.

Adam Davies heads FICO's Fraud and Identity Product teams, bringing 30 years of extensive expertise in fraud, security, and financial crime prevention to his role. Throughout his tenure at FICO, he has established himself as an enterprise fraud thought leader with global experience gained through consulting engagements and solution implementations across more than 90 countries. Adam possesses a proven track record of guiding clients toward best practices in minimizing fraud exposure, centralizing fraud intelligence systems, and implementing customer-level fraud management strategies. Leveraging his comprehensive background, he drives innovation in FICO's product development, continuously enhancing capabilities for the company's global customer base while pioneering transformative applications of Generative AI for managing the fraud trends of tomorrow.

Charlotte Ritonya is Vice President, Head of Risk and Fraud, North America at Fiserv. She leads the Credit Risk and Fraud product organizations and oversees Fiserv's Fraud Managed Services business, supporting approximately 3,000 card issuers. She collaborates with Fiserv Issuers to enable secure portfolio growth by strengthening fraud prevention and credit risk decisioning, while safeguarding consumer trust across the end-to-end card experience. With 30+ years at Fiserv, Charlotte has held key product development, consulting, and leadership roles.

Chris Zavala is responsible for Global Fraud Prevention for Services, Banking and Wealth at Citi. He is also responsible for Digital Fraud Prevention across all products and businesses. In this role, he is responsible for fraud policies, practices, and prevention capabilities which incorporate client experience, revenue generation and loss mitigation to ensure balanced risk management. Chris has spent the last 16 years within the Fraud Organization managing U.S. Fraud Operations, Global Fraud Policy, Digital Fraud Prevention, and Global Fraud Prevention and Policy. Beginning his career with Citi in December 1990, Chris has managed diverse functions including Customer Service, Collections, Credit Risk, Student Loans, Merchant Fraud, Acquisitions (Consumer, Commercial, and Merchant), Commercial Lending, Dispute Investigations and Fraud Prevention.
