Accomplished sales leader brings extensive experience cultivating association, corporate and hospitality partnerships
NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026 - PRSA today announced the appointment of Michele Kuziola as vice president of sales and business development. In this role, Kuziola will lead PRSA's sales strategy, cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with corporate partners and other organizations that support PRSA's mission and members.
Kuziola brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development and relationship management across the hospitality, association and tourism sectors. Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record of generating revenue, developing strategic partnerships and creating programs designed to address the needs of association clients and corporate partners.
"Michele's combination of sales expertise, relationship-building skills and deep understanding of the association and hospitality sectors makes her an outstanding addition to PRSA," said Matthew Marcial, CAE, APR, chief executive officer of PRSA. "Her ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful partnerships and deliver value will be instrumental as we expand our offerings and develop new ways to serve our members, partners and the broader communications profession."
Most recently, Kuziola served as a regional sales leader with Naples Hotel Group, where she supported sales and marketing efforts across a portfolio of hospitality properties. Her career also includes sales leadership roles at full-service, four-star hotels and resorts, including the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village and The Don CeSar. In these positions, she worked extensively with association clients, corporate partners and meeting professionals to develop tailored programs and experiences that advanced both client objectives and business growth.
Earlier in her career, Kuziola served as director of membership sales and tourism for the Somerset County Business Partnership, formerly the Somerset Chamber of Commerce. In that role, she led membership sales and tourism initiatives and developed the organization's Tourism and Convention Council, creating a new platform for collaboration among hospitality, tourism and business stakeholders.
"PRSA has an extraordinary opportunity to build partnerships that provide meaningful value to communications professionals and the organizations that support them," said Kuziola. "I am excited to join the team and apply my experience in sales, associations and relationship development to help expand PRSA's reach, strengthen its partnerships and support its continued growth."
Kuziola's appointment is effective immediately.
