Madison Clerk’s Office Celebrates National Voter Registration Day with Weeklong Events

The City of Madison Clerk's Office is proud to celebrate National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 16 with a week of events dedicated to ensuring every voter is prepared for the busy 2026 election cycle. In partnership with the Madison Public Library, UW-Madison, and the Urban League of Greater Madison, the Clerk's Office will host voter registration drives, recruit poll workers, and answer voter questions at locations across the city.
Voting is the cornerstone of our democracy. We want to ensure every Madisonian is ready to make their voice heard and that we have a well-trained team of poll workers ready to help administer secure, transparent, and accessible elections.
