LoboBites finals set for Nov. 13

After five hotly-contested preliminary rounds last week, the LoboBites finalists have been announced. The graduate students listed below will compete Thursday, Nov. 13 for a chance to win up to $1,000 in scholarship prizes at UNM's premier graduate showcase. Competitors will each have three minutes and one slide to present their research for a general audience.

There will be free food and drinks, the chance to vote for the People's Choice Award, and remarks from both President Stokes and Vice President Fisher. Neuroscientist Poppy Crum will be a guest judge for the competition.

Date: Thursday, Nov. 13
Location: SUB Ballroom C
Time: 4 p.m. competition, 5 p.m. reception, 5:30 p.m. awards
