The company will highlight its recent ecosystem expansions and strategic innovations, reinforcing its leadership in agile, connected, and software-driven media workflows
MONTREAL, CANADA - November 06, 2025 - Grass Valley will showcase its latest advancements in live production, networking, playout, and media management at Inter BEE 2025, taking place November 19-21 at Makuhari Messe, Tokyo. Visitors will be able to meet the Grass Valley team on Stand 7312, where the company will present its most recent innovations and collaborations that are driving the next generation of media production and distribution.
Grass Valley continues to lead the media revolution with solutions that bring together the best of hardware performance and software-defined flexibility. The company's expanded portfolio includes the LDX 180 large-imager camera and its new LDX C180 compact version, designed to bring cinematic storytelling to live production environments. Together, they deliver the creative depth and dynamic range of a Super 35 imager while maintaining the speed and reliability required for live sports and entertainment.
Also new to the lineup is the K-Frame VXP, a sub-compact addition to Grass Valley's acclaimed production switcher family. Offering the same performance as well as 12G and HDR capabilities as larger K-Frame XP models in a smaller footprint, it gives productions of all sizes access to high-end performance in a scalable, flexible form.
On the networking front, Grass Valley will showcase the new ACE Card, the company's agile compute engine that extends processing and networking performance within Grass Valley's infrastructure range. As part of the GV Media Universe, the ACE-3901 Card enables powerful edge processing and high-speed IP connectivity to support hybrid and software-defined workflows across both on-prem and cloud environments.
These innovations are part of Grass Valley's broader strategy to unify live production, networking, playout, and media management within the GV Media Universe (GVMU). It enables hybrid, cloud, and on-prem workflows to operate seamlessly, connecting teams, streamlining operations, and delivering content faster than ever before.
"Grass Valley is committed to helping customers across the Asia-Pacific region embrace hybrid and software-defined workflows while preserving the reliability and quality they depend on," said Evan Boyd, Senior Vice President of Sales, APAC at Grass Valley. "Inter BEE is a key opportunity to engage with Japan's broadcast and media community and show how our recent innovations are enabling greater operational agility, faster content turnaround, and more creative freedom for production teams."
Throughout 2025, Grass Valley has strengthened its GV Alliance, with partners showcasing new orchestration, playout, and monitoring integrations that extend the capabilities of AMPP OS-based solutions. By connecting on-premises hardware with cloud-native tools, Grass Valley enables customers to manage multi-location productions, collaborate in real time, and deliver content faster, all within a unified ecosystem. These developments demonstrate the company's continued leadership in bridging traditional and software-defined workflows, helping media organizations evolve at their own pace while unlocking the full potential of connected production.
Inter BEE also provides a platform for thought leadership and industry collaboration. Vincent Trussart, Vice President of Software Architecture at Grass Valley, will join the INTER BEE CONNECTED SESSION "MXL: EBU DMF Media eXchange Layer - Streamlining Multi-Vendor Live Video" on November 19 from 15:00-15:45 (Open Stage, Exhibition Hall 8). The session, hosted by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), will explore how the open-source Dynamic Media Facility (DMF) and Media eXchange Layer (MXL) enable seamless interoperability between multi-vendor, containerized live media processing functions on-premises or in the cloud.
"Our customers in Japan have been at the forefront of innovation for many years," commented Nobuaki Miwa, Sales Director for Japan. "Grass Valley is proud to support them with solutions that combine reliability, creativity, and operational efficiency. At Inter BEE, we will share how our recent innovations and technology integrations are helping Japanese broadcasters deliver compelling content faster and more effectively than ever."
Grass Valley invites all visitors to Stand 7312, Makuhari Messe, Tokyo, from November 19-21, 2025, to meet the team and learn how the company is leading the media revolution by empowering media organizations with scalable, connected, and agile production solutions.
