The Active Adult Programoffers a wide variety of exciting travel opportunities throughout the year.

From monthly one-day getaways to seasonal multi-day adventures, there's always something new to explore. We also partner with the Outdoor Recreation Programto provide Social Outdoor Active Recreation trips and offer engaging Read and Goexcursions.

While our trips are designed with adults ages 50+ in mind, all adults are welcome, and you do not need to live in Raleigh to join the fun.

Every trip includes one (and often two) experienced Trip Escortswho are there to guide the group and provide support as needed. While they cannot offer one-on-one personal assistance, they are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all participants.
