Powering Readiness Across Europe: Advancing Industry Partnerships at Speed and Scale
Readiness is defined by speed, scale and proven capability in an increasingly complex security environment. Across Europe, Lockheed Martin is deepening partnerships with allies and industry to accelerate delivery, strengthen interoperability and build resilient supply chains.
We deliver battle-tested, operator-trusted systems proven in real-world combat. These efforts are scaling production, expanding sustainment and NATO readiness while reinforcing Europe's industrial base.
Readiness doesn't end at delivery. It requires sustainment infrastructure across NATO and allied nations to keep systems operational over the long term.
Lockheed Martin and Estonia's Ministry of Defence are advancing a HIMARS® support center to strengthen long-term sustainment across Estonia and the Baltic region.
These investments expand in-country capability, support defense industrial growth and ensure NATO's ability to sustain critical systems where and when they are needed.
Across Europe, we are partnering with governments and industry to increase production capacity, strengthen supply chain resilience and deliver advanced capability faster.
Throughout the region, Lockheed Martin is supporting Europe's integrated air and missile defense ecosystem:
Lockheed Martin is working directly with suppliers, manufacturers and national industry associations in Europe to expand industrial participation, identify new capabilities and strengthen long-term resilience.
In collaboration with the U.S. Government, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, Lockheed Martin is exploring industrial cooperation opportunities with Estonian industry to support the nation's long-range air defense requirements, leveraging local expertise and strengthening Estonia's defense industrial base. Aligned with Estonia's national defense industrial policy, these partnerships support a resilient, globally competitive and export-oriented Estonian defense industry while delivering PAC-3 MSE, the world's most advanced air defense missile and a reliable capability against evolving threats.
By integrating European suppliers into its global production network, we are expanding capacity, diversifying sourcing and creating long-term industrial opportunity across allied nations.
Demand is accelerating. Lockheed Martin is scaling advanced manufacturing and digital engineering, backed by proven processes, skilled employees and a global network of more than 13,000 suppliers, including a growing network of European industrial partners that strengthens local capability and reinforces resilient supply chains across the region.
"Lockheed Martin has been a strategic partner in Europe since the founding of NATO. A lot of our products are being used, but what may be less well known are our strategic partnerships with industry here in Europe," said John Clark, vice president of international business, during the Defending the Skies of Europe panel at the 2026 GLOBSEC conference. "With 7,000 employees, we're well integrated in Europe, and we intend to continue being that kind of strategic partner for NATO members."
Together with allies and industry, we are accelerating delivery of proven precision-strike capabilities and expanding the capacity needed to meet demand while strengthening the industrial base and supporting long-term economic growth across the transatlantic network.
Delivering at speed and scale, we're helping strengthen NATO readiness today while building long-term security for the future.
