Twill at the Mill’s Remarkable Transformation

TMR is excited to showcase the transformation underway at Twill at the Mill Apartments (formerly the Village at Union Mills), in Lacey, WA. Since acquiring the 182-unit property in September 2024, we've made incredible progress in revitalizing this community:

  • A reimagined brand, complete with a name and identity inspired by the strength and resilience of twill fabric-honoring our military neighbors and celebrating a community woven together with purpose, pride, and just the right amount of charm.
