Hoffman Schroff Holdings, Inc.’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $800 million registered senior notes offering of Hoffman Schroff Holdings, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of nVent Electric plc ("nVent"), a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Net proceeds of the offering were used to finance nVent's acquisition of Maverick Power, LLC. The transaction closed on September 29, 2026.
