Launching May 1, King Arthur Baking debuts two celebratory new dessert mixes - Confetti Cake & Cupcake Mix and Confetti Sugar Cookie Mix - available exclusively at Target and King Arthur Baking. Both mixes deliver classic cake-batter flavor and feature vibrant sprinkles from Supernatural® that are free from synthetic colors, bringing extra joy to every bake. Innovative Gluten-Free Mixes
Also launching May 1, King Arthur Baking expands its gluten-free mix lineup with two new offerings crafted for flavor and a texture so satisfying, no one will believe they're gluten-free: Gluten-Free Roll & Bun Mix and Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. Available at brick-and-mortar retailers, Amazon, and King Arthur Baking, the new mixes give gluten-free bakers more options for everyday baking, from soft, fluffy rolls ready to bake in an hour to rich, fudgy cookies with semisweet chocolate chips.
Soft Golden Roll & Bun Mix Kit
To round out its spring launches, King Arthur Baking will introduce the new Soft Golden Roll & Bun Mix Kit, available exclusively at Amazon and Walmart in June. Made with five simple ingredients, the kit requires only butter and milk to create soft, golden rolls and buns that are ready to bake in about an hour - making homemade bread more approachable for weeknight meals and gatherings.
